Our group training is becoming the most popular training style in at Code 5. Why? Because people are getting great results and making some friends along the way
Group training is a lot friendlier on your budget compared to personal training. For our group training members we offer a minimum of 30 classes per week to make sure you can make it regularly.
We want to help as many people as we can get great results. It might be our personal training members doing more sessions or members just doing group training. Whatever you choose group training is a great option to help you reach your goals
IF you are interested in our group training we want you to have these traits
- Be relatively injury free and ready to train. If you do have injuries personal training is best for you. If you are injury free and ready to train hard then let’s get into some group training
- Be self motivated. Unlike personal training you don’t get text messages and the high levels of accountability. We will give you a program to get the best results but you have to be consistent.
- Be prepared to meet new people. We build team building into most of our sessions. By introducing you to the members you train with will enhance your experience.
- Be willing to train between 45-60 minutes. Our classes times vary but we do like you to come earlier to stretch and foam roll before you train
