We’re famous for our variety of engaging workouts.
This is how we get it done.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT)

These circuit based sessions incorporate a variety of cardio and core exercises and will help you burn fat, increase your fitness and increase your metabolism. We recommend a minimum of two classes per week.

RESISTANCE

These full-body strength sessions will help you get stronger, add lean muscle mass and thus, burn fat more efficiently. We recommend a minimum of sessions per week.

BOXING

These high-intensity boxing circuits will get the heart-rate up and help relieve stress. We recommend a boxing session to supplement your cardio program or replace one of your HIIT classes.

Body Transformation Training (BTT)

For those that want to take their training to the next level, BTT is the most effective method. We’ll push you further and harder and you’ll get the results faster.

CIRCUIT

The ultimate combination of HIIT and Resistance, these sessions hit the full body and offer the best of both worlds. We recommend hitting a circuit when you are looking for that bit of extra training or have missed a session during the week.
