    Terms and Conditions:

    1. You must be committed to and capable of losing 5kgs over a 12 week period.
    2. You'll receive a nutrition plan and strategies to follow during the program. (And you'll document the strategy that you decide to use)
    3. Commit to attending at least three gym sessions per week.
    4. Set and meet a daily movement target.
    5. If you follow the program for 12 weeks and don't lose the weight, you'll receive free training sessions until you do.
