WHAT IF I DON'T LIVE IN THE NORTHERN BEACHES?

Even if you're not residing near CODE 5 Gym, you can still take part in our 4 week challenge from the comfort of your own home. It's completely free! This means you can access coaching and accountability support from our dedicated coaches, all without any cost.

We have a thriving community of 300 online members scattered all across Australia. You can easily join them by participating in our online 4 week challenge. Whether you prefer working out at home or feel a bit intimidated by traditional gyms, our dedicated nutritionists and personal trainers are here to guide you on your transformation journey.

Terms and Conditions:

1. You must be committed to and capable of losing 4kgs over a 4 week period.
2. You'll receive a nutrition plan and strategies to follow during the program. (And you'll document the strategy that you decide to use)
3. Commit to attending at least three gym sessions per week.
4. Set and meet a daily movement target.
5. If you follow the program for 4 weeks and don't lose the weight, you'll receive free training sessions until you do.

*Please note that eligibility for free training is subject to meeting these conditions and the trainer's discretion. Capacity to lose 4kgs will be determined by you and the trainer.
