These codes are the backbone of code5 fitness, it’s what shapes our decisions and keeps us in line. We make sure every single day we stay aligned with our codes and proudly encourage our team members to as well.

 

We strive to more than just a gym, we will be your safe space where you train with like-minded people who are looking to achieve and maintain a body transformation. We pride ourselves in helping the local community sponsoring sporting teams, raising money for charity, speaking at schools and businesses. If you ever want us to help your community, please just reach out.

 

Gone are the days of old-school gym memberships where you’re paying for a membership you hardly use. We’re all about keeping you engaged towards reaching your goals through a clear plan you make with a trainer when you first start. We will keep you accountable with fortnightly check-ins and 12-week goal-setting plans.

 

We like to look at the bright side of life. We count our blessings, appreciate life’s simple pleasures and focus on the positives. We remind ourselves and everyone around us to water the garden we stand on rather than chase the fields we think are greener. A gratitude attitude helps our team to be happier, healthier and experience less stress.

 

You’ll find a strong sense of teamwork when you jump into our classes. In unity you get strength, and we will work together today to achieve things tomorrow others can’t. We push and support each other every step of the way.

 

We find in life people are always ‘too busy’ to conquer the next mountain. Every 12 weeks, we will sit back and reflect on the achievements of our team. We celebrate the smaller wins on the overall journey with acknowledgment and pride. It could be a hi-five, a coffee with your trainer or an award at one of our quarterly catch-ups.
