Online Training

Our online classes are held every lunch time 1pm virtual classes + recordings to every class we’ve ever run. These classes are perfect for anyone out of the area as you still get assigned a coach to help you achieve your goals.


    We have moved into the virtual world!


    This program is designed for someone who wants or needs accountability in their life;  the type of accountability where you have a caring person on the video call who will understand you and your challenges.


    If you’ve struggled to lose weight or lost weight in the past, but have since put it back on, this is where you’ll learn how to lose the weight and keep it off, we won’t let you face the challenge alone.


    The goal setting session and coaching accountability will get you started, and the training, friendship and constant education will keep you on track.




    We have over 20 hours of virtual classes a week that are suitable for every level of fitness, no matter your age or level of experience. We offer:


    • Strength interval training
    • Total body conditioning
    • Cardio & core
    • Yoga
    • Mobility



    Note: You don’t need any fitness equipment for these workouts, on the strength workouts you can any hold items like a backpack filled with books, reusable shopping bags filled with books and any large water bottles.

    The program is set up differently for every individual, this starts from your very first call we make with you to access your current situation and what you’d like to achieve.  You then book in time with your coach to achieve your goals in the time frame required.  We do specialise in fat loss and have achieved over 3,000 transformations to date.




    Why’d we go online?


    Short answer: the process was in the works for 6 months but rapidly sped up due to the COVID-19 crisis.


    Longer answer:


    It was a long process developing the programs, meal plans, support system but definitely worthwhile. The main driver for the online development was from feedback from members who moved out of Sydney and missed the interaction and love they found in the gym. It was a combination of everything – missing the coaches faces, the banter online, the unlimited resources we offer, the support and accountability they got with their weekly coaching check ins.
