Perfect for athletes looking to enhance their overall strength, power, and speed through learning technical lifts. We aim to educate young athletes to build a large foundation of knowledge around their technical lifting and our goal is to see their progress in the gym, on the field, and as people. We want to inspire the athletes to be the best version of themselves and offer a supportive environment for them to thrive.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

PLANNING SESSION

We built together exactly what the athlete needs. We meet them at their level and create a plan together that suits their current training schedule. What they can do from the gym or at home to make sure they get the best results over the 12-week block.

RESOURCES

E-books on motivation, goal setting & accountability techniques, Meal plans in your calorie & protein target to hit your goals.

SESSION TIMES

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday every 4:30pm. Outside of these times, it's encouraged athletes to come and use the facility following the app and the program.

INBODY SCAN

These are optional but highly recommended for athletes to track their muscle mass, body fat mass, and overall umm body metrics.

The goal of the program is for our athletes to see progress in the gym, on the field, and as people. We want to inspire the athletes to be the best version of themselves and offer a supportive environment for them to thrive. With coaches who lead as role models to learn from and feel comfortable with at all times.

Because we educate our athletes to build a large foundation of knowledge around their lifting, around their technical lifting. So as they get older they’ll learn to progress faster and be prepared to lift heavier when the time is right. We will not push any athletes to risk injury. We value progress over perfection.

Yes, they’ll follow a tailored program that we track through our app. This includes the number of sets, weights, and reps they use during each session at the gym.

Yes of course the program caters to everyone.

We recommend it for youths aged 12 to 16.

Yes, we have trainers on-site who can help and guide youth athletes with their program outside of class times.

We offer three tiers in our program, each granting athletes access to the gym to follow their program outside of their dedicated session with their coach:

Bronze: 1 session per week for $25

Silver: 2 sessions per week for $35

Gold: 3 sessions per week for $45

The location will be at Code 5 Fitness Brookvale (1/98 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW 2100)

CODE 5 YOUTH ATHLETE APP

This is where they will receive their personalised program and where a coach can review their progress and send this via email to the athletes and or parents of the athletes. This is a great way to see progress and calculate future strength gains and performance. Options to upload your lifts for coaches to review.

    DANIEL BROWN

    Strength & Conditioning Coach

    Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Brookvale, demonstrating over a decade of expertise in athletic training.

    Holds Cert III and IV in Fitness, along with a Bachelor of Health Science in Sports and Exercise Science.

    Currently serving as Code 5 Head S&C Coach at Brookvale since 2019, with prior experience as a Speed and Agility Coach at ASSA.

    Ex Elite Cricket Player, 5 years+, plays 1st Grade Cricket in Premier League and International Cricket, Dan understand what it takes to be an Elite Athlete.
