Our Code S&C class is designed specifically as a weight training class with the purpose to build muscle mass and assist with weight loss.
Weekly classes include:
- Monday – Upper body-focused
- Tuesday – Squat and full-body strength
- Wednesday – Pull and WOD Wednesday
- Thursday – Deadlift and full-body strength
